No. Treveio is not SaaS and not a typical subscription system. Treveio is an isolated system installed specifically for each travel agency. This system is used exclusively by your agency and configured according to operational requirements.
The main difference is the website & booking engine. RM10,000 – Operations System: Focuses on booking management, trip operations, rooming list and internal payment records. RM15,000 – Complete System: Includes website and booking engine, plus all operational modules. Customers can make bookings online and the team manages everything in one system.

Yes. The Operations System package (RM10k) can be upgraded to Complete System (RM15k) when the agency is ready to add website and booking engine. Upgrade costs will be assessed based on scope of work.
