No. Treveio is not SaaS and not a typical subscription system. Treveio is an isolated system installed specifically for each travel agency. This system is used exclusively by your agency and configured according to operational requirements.
What's the difference between RM10,000 and RM15,000 packages?+
The main difference is the website & booking engine. RM10,000 – Operations System: Focuses on booking management, trip operations, rooming list and internal payment records. RM15,000 – Complete System: Includes website and booking engine, plus all operational modules. Customers can make bookings online and the team manages everything in one system.
Who can use the Treveio system?+
Treveio supports multiple roles: • Admin / Owner • Sales agents • Customers (for packages with booking engine & portal) Each role has different access levels to ensure operational control and security.
How long does it take for the system to be ready?+
Most agencies can go live within 7–14 days, depending on: • completeness of agency information • number of packages and trips • team training schedule Implementation timeline will be explained during the demo session.

No. Treveio is supplied as a licensed system. Source code is protected and not handed over to the agency.
Is support and maintenance provided?+
Yes. Each Treveio installation comes with: • technical support • bug fixes • periodic system maintenance through monthly maintenance fees.
If starting with RM10k, can we upgrade to the complete system later?+
Yes. The Operations System package (RM10k) can be upgraded to Complete System (RM15k) when the agency is ready to add website and booking engine. Upgrade costs will be assessed based on scope of work.
Does Treveio limit the number of users?+
No. Treveio does not limit the number of users. You can add as many users as needed without any additional costs.
